Construction Services
Over the last 10 years, we have learned much about design and construction in Africa and have had many organizations approach us about helping with design or constructing a project.
In 2019, we decided to accept a limited number of partnership projects each year. These partnerships are with like-minded organizations that have fully funded the cost of construction but need help with design and construction management.

Please remember these key points when considering partnering with GoDesign:

GoDesign works with volunteer design professionals to serve ministries that help the poor and spread the good news.

GoDesign depends on the donations of churches, design professionals, and others to operate. GoDesign does not finance or fundraise for project construction.

GoDesign provides the following design services; conceptual design, design development, master planning, construction documentation, construction advisement, and owner representation. The partnering organization is expected to make a donation to GoDesign to help cover some of the expenses associated with the project. This is determined based on the project and the organizations financial capacity.

Construction Management
From concept to construction, we work with you every step of the way to bring the vision to life. Building in Africa is difficult that is why we offer construction management services to ensure that your project is efficient, cost-effective, and completed on time and within budget.

Site Evaluation
Many ministries receive donated land from the government or community to construct projects. Though the land is free, it may be challenging to build on, so we help evaluate the site before design and construction begin.

Master Planning
Our master planning expertise is especially important when dealing with larger projects that require a thoughtful approach to the surrounding community and environment.

Fundraising Coaching
We know the most difficult aspect of building a project in Africa in funding. GoDesign is here to help coach your team on fundraising techniques.
